Cookie Policy — PREADY

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps, and pixels. They let a service remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how it is used. This policy explains how CIVVARIONE Technologies Private Limited ("PREADY", "we", "us") uses them on the website at https://pready.in and in the PREADY app.

2. Cookies on the PREADY website

The website is a static informational site. It sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from PREADY's own domains.

If we introduce cookies in future, they will fall into these categories and will be listed here before they are used:

Strictly necessary: needed for the site to work, such as remembering a cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics: to understand how visitors use the site. None are used at present.
Marketing: to measure campaigns or show relevant offers on other platforms. None are used at present.

3. Technologies in the PREADY app

The app does not use browser cookies, but it uses similar technologies:

Secure local storage on your device to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
One-time passwords and SMS delivered through MSG91 to verify your mobile number and send service messages.
Payment processing through Razorpay when you pay for a pre-order. Razorpay may use its own cookies or device identifiers within its payment screens under its own policy.
Media storage and delivery through Cloudflare R2, served from media.pready.in, for restaurant and menu images.
Push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, where enabled in the app, so we can send you reservation and readiness updates. A device token is stored for this purpose.
Maps and location services to estimate your arrival time, only with your permission. These may use third-party mapping or location services as enabled in the app.

We do not currently use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service in the production app. If we introduce one, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required. Providers process data on our behalf under contract and in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. How to control cookies and permissions

Website: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the site sets no cookies, no consent banner is shown; one will be added if non-essential cookies are ever introduced.
App: you can manage location and notification permissions in the app's settings and in your device's settings at any time.
Advertising identifiers: you can reset or limit them in your device's privacy settings.

Turning off some technologies may mean parts of the Service do not work as intended, for example arrival tracking without location access.

We will update this page when the technologies we use change, and update the date shown above.
